1. Information we collect

When you submit QuotePilot's early-access form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, landscaping business name, and, if you choose, phone number and message.

The site may also involve routine technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, processed by our hosting and form providers in connection with site delivery, security, and abuse prevention. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, or other sensitive information through the form.

2. How we use your information

We use your details to respond to your early-access request, communicate relevant QuotePilot development or availability updates that you request, learn what small landscaping businesses need, and protect the form against spam or misuse.

Submitting an interest form does not create a QuotePilot application account, enroll you in a paid plan, or make any purchase. We do not sell the personal information you submit to us.

3. Services involved

• Formspree: Processes the form submission and makes it available to us in Formspree. Its service may process technical information to deliver and protect the form. Read Formspree's privacy policy.
• Zoho Mail: Receives notifications and stores email conversations associated with QuotePilot inquiries. Read Zoho's privacy policy.
• Website hosting: Once published, the site is intended to run on Cloudflare Pages, which may process routine site-access and security information. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: The website loads fonts from Google's servers, which may receive technical request information. See Google Fonts privacy information.

These services operate under their own privacy practices. We may update this policy if our providers or information practices change.

4. Storage and retention

Form submissions may be retained in Formspree and email copies in our Zoho mailbox. We aim to keep inquiry information only as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, maintain related records, and meet applicable obligations. No specific automatic deletion period has been established at this stage.

We take reasonable steps to control access to these accounts, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Your choices and requests

You can ask us to update or delete the information you provided, or ask us to stop sending QuotePilot updates, by contacting the address below. We will review requests subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

QuotePilot's current marketing website doesn't intentionally set its own tracking cookies or run an advertising analytics script. Some third-party services may process technical data as described above.
